Registration

Our preschool is open to all children who will be 3 or 4 years old by August 15th. Exceptions will be made at the discretion of the teacher and with Board approval.
All children must be fully toilet trained at the time of school entrance.
By the first day of preschool, the teacher must have a copy of your child’s immunization records, emergency contact and parental consent forms.

ENROLLMENT
Enrollment will be filled upon receipt of your registration form accompanied by the non-refundable registration fee of $75 and 1 month non-refundable tuition.  Applications received after the class roster is filled will be put on a waiting list and the parents will be notified of any vacancy.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Registration forms can be printed below and mailed or dropped off at the office located at 501 Fairfield Drive, Greensburg PA 15601.

Registration isn’t confirmed until the registration form, $75 non refundable fee, and tuition is received.

Deadline to register is June 15th.
